Not Sure Where You Stand?

The aim of our family law clinics is to provide you with the opportunity to take advantage of legal advice from a specialist family law solicitor.  We will help you to understand your current position and highlight whether you need to take further legal action.

We offer two options for your initial meeting: 

We provide a free initial 10-minute phone consultation during which we will provide you with some general guidance and possible next steps and any costs involved. 

Alternatively, we offer a more substantial 40-minute fixed fee meeting where you will be provided with more tailored advice including next steps and costs. The charge for a fixed fee meeting is £275 plus VAT payable on the day of the meeting and which is non-refundable. If a short report is also required after the fixed fee meeting our charge would be £325 plus vat payable on the day of the meeting. Please note that there is an additional fee of £9.60 to electronically identify new clients.

Both the 10-minute telephone call and the fixed fee meeting focus on a wide variety of issues relating to family law services, including:
