Appointment News: Clough & Willis appoint new Litigation Solicitor
Bury and Bolton-based law firm Clough & Willis has appointed Gary Hall as a litigation solicitor. His appointment follows the recent retirement of Graham Henry who had worked at the firm since 2013.
Gary specialises in all forms of dispute resolution and litigation matters including contested probate, Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees, individual and commercial debt, residential landlord and tenant, Japanese knotweed claims, county court judgements, neighbour disputes and insurance claims.
Gary’s 28-year long career has included positions at Rothwell and Evans, Waddington and Son and Joe Egan Solicitors. He joins Clough & Willis from Pearson Solicitors.
Commenting on his new role, Gary said: “I am delighted to be joining such a well-established team with an enviable reputation as one of the primary litigation firms in North West. I am now looking forward to developing the practice over the coming years.”
