"That was a real draw for me so I’m excited to be part of its future and am confident that I will be able to learn and develop as well as add value to the team."
Ms Faruk has previously worked for Co-op Legal Services for two and a half years and for international law firm Slater and Gordon.
Her new role with the firm, which also has offices in Bolton, will see Ms Faruk handle cases including drafting lasting power of attorney forms
Clough and Willis head of private client Nicola Finbow said: "Rafia is a talented paralegal so we are delighted that she has joined Clough and Willis as her commitment to client care fits with our values."
