SIPP & SSAS Fixed Fee

SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme) or SSAS (Small Self Administered Scheme) allows business owners to release equity from their current business premises or the purchase of new commercial premises as tax-efficient pension planning.

We can act for either the pension scheme provider or the individual in the acquisition of a property in either of the two schemes.

If you are considering any of the above it is important that you speak to a specialist property solicitor with expertise in SIPP and SSAS property transactions.

We offer a fixed fee service for undertaking property transactions in relation to SIPPs and SSASs

  • The cost for purchasing any property under £1 million is £2,000 +vat (at 20%) and disbursements
  • To prepare the documents for a leaseback to the company is £1,000 +vat (at 20%)
  • To co-ordinate with the funding provider and provide the relevant legal documentation £1,000 +vat (at 20%)

Conditions

We can only act for the SIPP/SSAS or the company taking the leaseback not both.
Instructions will only be taken from one designated person.
