Fiona Gaskell
Fiona joined Clough & Willis in 1990 and became a Partner in 2001.
She specialises in property disputes and insolvency. The property dispute work concerns both commercial and residential properties. This area of work includes disputes between landlords and tenants, owners of neighbouring land or property and third party rights over property.
The insolvency work involves acting for private individuals, insolvent businesses and trustees, liquidators and administrators.
Fiona is also experienced in disputes between business owners including partnerships and companies.
She also deals with disputes arising from contracts both for commercial and private clients which can range from modest value claims to the multi-million pound claims.
Fiona and has been involved in a number of high profile redevelopment projects and is a member of the Bury Town Centre Management Board. Fiona read Law at The Victoria University of Manchester, graduating in 1984. She attended Chester College of Law before completing her articles at A E Tickle & Son. Fiona qualified in 1987.
Passionate about Rugby Union, Fiona can regularly be found in the stands enjoying a game with her family.
