David was admitted as a Solicitor in 1987 and joined Clough & Willis in 2024.
He has a proven background in privately funded Family Law including complex and high net worth cases.
David specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, ancillary relief, pre & post nuptial agreements, cohabitation, TOLATA cases and private children law cases
David represents clients from initial instruction through to final hearings, including preparation of all necessary applications, statements and evidence gathering to include advocacy at all interim, contested, FDR and some final hearings, as well as applications to enforce orders
